At Numerical Concepts, we take pride in our outstanding machine shop services. We offer a wide range of machining processes, including CNC milling, grinding, broaching, as well as every turning, threading and lathe based service you could imagine. Our shop has 3- and 4-axis machines along with custom in-house fixturing and tooling. We can handle your regular and exotic metals, including steel, aluminum, brass, Inconel and stainless steel. Numerical Concepts can also expertly machine your plastic, ceramics, fiberglasses and woods.

Our experts have the ability to work with parts that measure up to 145" long, 60" wide, 30" high and weigh up to an impressive 22,000 lbs.

Numerical Concepts is also the exclusive supplier for McCain Bindery Systems. Our machine shop has provided McCain with custom machines and parts including sheeters, stitchers, SMC side sewers, gain controls and FSI inserters.

Before any of these parts or machines leave our facilities, they go through a rigorous inspection process with telescoping ballbar, gages, veniers and micrometers to ensure they meet the standards of CMM measuring machines in a controlled atmosphere room.
